Hi, I’m Joel — Founder of Summit One Properties

Before founding Summit One Properties, I spent over 10 years working as a project manager, delivering projects ranging from £20,000 to £50 million. That meant managing complex builds, tight budgets, strict timelines, and multiple stakeholders — all with different expectations.

That experience taught me one thing very clearly:

Projects don’t fail because of bricks and mortar.
They fail because of poor planning, poor communication, and poor management.

Alongside professional project delivery, I’ve personally renovated properties and built a small portfolio. I understand projects from both sides — not just as a contractor, but as an investor and homeowner.
